1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using V-Run (the “Service”), operated by Virtuality, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

V-Run is an AI-assisted platform for building, testing, and deploying Python workflows in the cloud. The Service is currently in preview and features may change without notice.

3. Account Registration

You must register an account using a supported OAuth provider (Google or GitHub). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
  • Transmit malware, conduct unauthorized access, or interfere with the Service or other users
  • Abuse execution sandboxes for cryptocurrency mining, network scanning, denial-of-service, or unsolicited bulk messaging
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent usage limits of the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Credits and Payments

The Service uses a prepaid credit model. Credits are purchased via Stripe and consumed by workflow runs, AI inference, and other compute-billed operations. Credits are non-refundable except as required by law and have no cash value.

Pricing and credit conversion rates may change with reasonable notice. Unused credits may expire in accordance with our published policy.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the code, data, and workflows you create on the Service (“User Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and execute your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring you have the rights to use it.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by Virtuality and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or branding.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers for authentication, payment processing, hosting, execution, and related infrastructure. Your use of the Service, including features that rely on these providers, is subject to their respective terms of service where applicable.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virtuality shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your data in accordance with our retention policies.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
